Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a generous paid time off package and support for ongoing education and training.
Responsibilities and QualificationsPrimary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services in a skilled nursing rehab setting
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Key Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or eligible for licensure in the state of employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and practice management systems
