About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Care Specialist to join our team at MaineHealth. As a Psychiatric Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

In this position, you will work closely with treatment team members to implement individualized treatment plans and provide care and emotional support to patients. You will also assist with the collection and documentation of data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Social Services is preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
