Job Summary

This position involves providing high-quality speech-language pathology services in a dynamic sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab environment. Successful candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized therapy services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and technologies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Requirements

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or eligible for licensure in the state of employment
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records and practice management systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines
