Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Hansen Talent Group.
As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions.
With a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT sector to expand our client base.
- Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. You will also have opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
