Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Holiday Companies. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
