Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows servers.
- Perform software installations and offer ongoing support for various applications, including Office365, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
- Conduct technology training sessions for clients to enhance their proficiency.
- Assist in complex troubleshooting and repair tasks as needed.
- Oversee inventory management of spare parts and equipment.
- Monitor ticket queues, ensuring timely reporting to clients and management.
- Image PCs with the appropriate software for departmental needs.
- Administer Active Directory and maintain an asset database for IT equipment.
- Facilitate internal communication and updates regarding IT projects.
- Engage with project managers to prioritize IT initiatives and minimize business disruption.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess professional/vendor certifications in local area network administration. Additionally, candidates should meet one of the following educational and experience criteria:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, accompanied by two years of relevant full-time experience in local area network and/or wide area network operations.
- A four-year high school diploma or equivalent, along with six years of full-time IT experience, with at least two years in a similar capacity.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience that meets the above requirements.
Education may be substituted for experience, where 30 undergraduate semester credits from an accredited college equate to six months of experience. A master's degree in computer science or a related field may substitute for one year of experience.
