Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Direct Support Professional 2 to join our team at Bridgewell. This role involves providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in a Level 2 residential program.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in a Level 2 residential program
- Create opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence
- Provide services according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards
- Transport and accompany individuals as needed to medical, recreational, and other activities
- Maintain required documentation according to regulations
