Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description

This role involves providing home-based early intervention services to children from birth to three years old, partnering with parents/caregivers to address their priorities and promote child development. The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment and case management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Foster collaborative relationships with families, healthcare providers, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support for young children and their families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify developmental needs and develop individualized plans to address them.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including occupational therapy interventions, to support children's cognitive, motor, and sensory development.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and compassionate professional with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a Massachusetts OT license. They will possess a strong foundation in pediatric occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills.
