Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing all operations within the South Puget Sound area, providing strategic direction to ensure the delivery of short and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction operations, with experience in estimating, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote growth and revenue within the area and business unit.
  • Prepare and communicate accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of zero accidents.
  • Mentor and develop area employees, providing training and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Group Functional leadership to develop best practices and personnel development initiatives.
  • Actively participate in bid reviews and champion growth initiatives within the area.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in construction operations, with knowledge of technology, equipment, methods, and company policies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
