Key Responsibilities

  3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) models and strategies for new product launches, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business alignment and advise on pre-sales activities such as solution enablement, thought leadership, and go-to-market messaging.
  5. Data Analysis and Insights: Translate product management strategy into actionable data deliverables, guiding development of data models, business rules, and other advanced analytical capabilities.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Excel at communicating across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership and stakeholders across multiple functional units within the business.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Experience working with large and complex healthcare datasets, preferably patient-level longitudinal data and experience with studies of treatment effectiveness/outcomes, disease progression, adherence, healthcare utilization, patient journey, sales targeting, prescription/procedure volumes/shares, provider networks, and prescribing/treatment patterns.
  2. Agile Development: Familiarity with agile software development practices.
  3. Data Handling: Experience working with private and sensitive personal information.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to lay audiences, write analysis plans for projects, contribute to proposals/grant applications, pitch ideas effectively and persuasively to clients/internal stakeholders.
  5. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively to solve complex problems and individually to research/advance areas of interest and exploration.
  6. Insight Development: Proven ability to develop meaningful/valuable analytic insights from multiple data sources and support value through commercialization.
  7. Independence: Capable of working independently or within a team.
  8. Travel: Ability to travel (up to 30% on high end).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Enterprise Product Experience: Experience supporting or launching Data and Analytics or SaaS-based enterprise product.
  2. Data Platform Experience: Experience using Snowflake.
  3. Managed Markets Experience: Experience in managed markets and pharma market access ecosystem.
  4. Commercial Insurance Experience: Experience in the commercial health insurance industry.
