Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Lead/Sourcing Manager to join our team at Net2Source Inc. in Beaverton, OR. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive commercial value for our organization.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that sourcing strategies and resources align with business goals and project needs.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing, concessions, and terms & conditions, meeting both cost-saving and spending targets.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and review governing agreements, work orders, and other contractual documents.
  • Due Diligence: Partner with cross-functional teams such as privacy, legal, risk, compliance, and security to conduct due diligence as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify new sourcing opportunities within categories, creating a robust pipeline to drive commercial value for the organization.
  • Industry Trends: Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research, staying current on trends, emerging technologies, supplier capabilities, and competitive landscapes to develop informed market perspectives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with global stakeholders and business partners.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure market competitiveness, supply chain assurance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Progress Tracking: Manage and develop key suppliers using Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tools and industry best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and assess progress to ensure savings and performance goals are met.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled Category Lead/Sourcing Manager with:

  • Advanced Expertise: Advanced expertise in sourcing within Marketing categories.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in marketing procurement, with CPM certification being a plus.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Proven ability to leverage data to inform business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating across functions to define and drive shared visions, leading to actionable strategies and priorities.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptionally detail-oriented, independent, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously within established timelines.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Positive attitude, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
