Key Responsibilities

As a House Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising hospital and patient care services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a patient and family advocate, protecting their privacy and confidentiality
  • Responsible for bed management coordination
  • Administering plans and evaluating the activities of the hospital to ensure quality patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • 3-5 years' related experience in acute care or specialty nursing
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • BSN preferred
  • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
