Job Summary:

The Floor Host is a key member of our team, working closely with the manager on duty to ensure smooth club operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to our dress code policy.
  • Communicate effectively with front and back of house staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor guest activity and maintain awareness of all areas of the club.
  • Assist with guest control and work closely with security staff as needed.
  • Develop a strong work pace to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional service.
  • Assist with opening and closing activities and maintain a clean, safe environment.
  • Comply with all regulations and training.
  • Effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, and guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
  • Flexible, autonomous, and well-organized.
  • Strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills required.
