About the Opportunity:
MCI Careers is seeking an International Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and respond to emails and chats
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or contact center environment
- Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
