The U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command is looking for a dedicated and skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the command's mission.

About the Position: This position requires a high level of expertise in human resources management, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support to our military personnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR staff members on various HR policies and procedures.
  • Certify enlistment processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide technical assistance to users of automated personnel database systems.
  • Greet applicants and track enrollment, movement, and processing progress.
  • Assess performance, progress, and training needs of employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
