About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team at OrthoAlaska LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and personnel administration.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the HR module of the HRIS database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform electronic onboarding processes and ensure new employees receive necessary documentation and equipment.
  • Manage the flow of the electronic recruiting system, meeting department standards for applicant communication and resolution.
  • Schedule first-day orientation and facilitate the collaboration between departments and educational facilities sponsoring physician assistants and other externs.
