Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient education and counseling on medical needs.
- Maintain current licensure and continuing medical education credits as required by Maryland State Law.
- Communicate treatment progress with individuals responsible for patient care intervention.
- Refer patients to licensed physicians or other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Perform duties in accordance with established routine procedures and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine.
- Two years of experience as a PA/NP in an acute care setting.
Employees in this position may be exposed to blood-borne pathogens. Physical demands are medium duty.
