About the Role:

The Sales Manager at Orangetheory Fitness is responsible for driving new member sales and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role requires a persistent and goal-oriented individual who can generate leads, execute marketing strategies, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead outreach and conversion efforts to achieve sales goals

Provide a white-glove experience to new and existing members

Sell memberships and meet monthly sales targets

Follow up with prospective members and handle member concerns

Participate in marketing and outreach events

Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth studio experience

Requirements:

Strong sales and communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks

High School Diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred

1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a fitness setting
