We are seeking qualified candidates to join our pool of lecturers for the Department of Cognitive Sciences at the University of California, Irvine. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach undergraduate courses in various areas of cognitive science, including research methods, experimental psychology, probability and inference, and other related topics.
Responsibilities
The lecturer will be responsible for teaching courses, developing curriculum, and assessing student learning. A compelling teaching portfolio and a clear vision for teaching to a diverse audience are highly desired. Salary is commensurate with teaching experience.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Cognitive Sciences, Psychology, or a related field, and relevant and effective teaching experience at the college level.
