Key Responsibilities
Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
Prospect for new business through various channels including phone outreach, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Prepare insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
Establish and maintain ongoing networking relationships with professionals such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
Qualifications
Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
Possess strong self-motivation and a sense of urgency.
Ability to cultivate relationships from initial contact.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring follow-through and follow-up.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Confident self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Must possess strong multitasking skills.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Previous sales experience is advantageous.
