Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to commercial insurance clients by handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and managing renewals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information and assistance related to commercial insurance policies.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Policy Management: Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Quoting and Proposals: Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with underwriters to obtain competitive pricing and coverage options.
- Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with claims adjusters and underwriters as needed.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized client files and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with producers, account managers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial insurance, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Insurance licensing as required by state regulations.
