Medical Professional, Chronic Pain Therapies Specialist

About the RoleWe are actively recruiting for a Clinical Specialist I, CPT to join our team. As a member of the clinical support team, you will provide technical clinical expertise and support the sales process to colleagues, current customers, and potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical, clinical, and programming assistance primarily in support of 1-2 Territory Managers.
- Assisting Territory Managers in after-hours call support and activities.
- Integrating into all accounts, building trust and relationships, and establishing strong rapport with customers.
- Proficient in complex programming, case support.
- Working seamlessly with Territory Manager(s) allowing them increased selling time.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree or technical certification (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 1-2 years' work experience, with a strong preference for collaborating with patients in a clinical setting.
- The ability to communicate, understand, and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base pay of $57,300.00 – $114,700.00, depending on location. In addition, you will have access to:
