Position Overview:
Service is at the heart of our mission at Vail Resorts, and our Housekeeping team plays a crucial role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards in guest units, offices, and communal areas (including restrooms).
- Restock amenities in various areas, including guest units and common spaces.
- Maintain organization and inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Report lost and found items, safety concerns, maintenance needs, and any incidents to management.
- Train and supervise new team members, ensuring compliance with housekeeping policies and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, colleagues, and management, responding promptly to requests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of housekeeping experience preferred; guest service or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including split shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours, while bending and lifting.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be adaptable and responsive to the dynamic needs of housekeeping responsibilities.

The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 per hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
