Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused On-Site Supervisor to join our team at JobsRUs. As the first point of contact for our client, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, promptly answering requests and inquiries, and assisting clients to resolve personnel issues and disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly answer all requests and inquiries
• Assist clients to resolve personnel issues and disciplinary actions
• Maintain track of all employees assigned, turnover ratio, and terminations
• Manage daily onsite operations, head counts, check in new associates, set them up on the time clock, and provide first-day orientation
• Manage all employees' punches and questions related to their time card and payroll
• Assist the branch with the onboarding process, recruits, interviews, and filling vacant positions
• Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned
• Conduct weekly data and operation update meetings with the client executive team
• Work first-hand with Client HR on investigations and employee engagements
• Translate employee statements when needed

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of related staffing and management experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Detailed-oriented
• Dedicated
• Team player
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of and comfort level in OFFICE environments
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to learn new systems
• Proven leadership skills
• High levels of motivation and self-direction
• Ability to work after hours and on weekends when required
• Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift
