About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team at Pippin Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. As a key member of our dental team, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on children and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide dental services to patients with the support of a team
Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and appreciate team members
Work with patients of all ages, particularly children, who make up 70% or more of the patient base
Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality dental care
Promote a positive image of the company through community activities and events
Requirements:
DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation accredited program
Valid dental license in the states where providing care or eligible for licensure
Certifications such as CPR and Nitrous Oxide, as required
Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

Competitive base pay in excess of $200k, with uncapped earning potential
