About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our enrollment team, you will be responsible for performing enrollment, eligibility, and premium payment activities for beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve eligibility questions for beneficiaries
  • Disenroll members who have lost eligibility and notify enrollees of changes in enrollment
  • Prepare premium payment invoices and collect premium payments
  • Responsible for various enrollment and financial reports and reconciling information between USFHP and Defense Health Agency systems
Requirements
  • ADP II Security Clearance upon hire
  • 3 years of Healthcare or business office experience with progressive responsibilities
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration, experience with DEERS/DOES/TRICARE
