About the Role

Pacific Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project plans, coordinating project activities and resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Facilitate meetings and communication channels between stakeholders and project team members.
  • Proactively identify and monitor project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide change management consultation and leadership to project teams and other agency stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement project plans.
  • Develop and support methods and platforms to improve communication between executive leadership, directors, managers, and line staff.
  • Represent the agency at external events and meetings, ensuring the agency mission and philosophy are represented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or social sciences.
  • Three to five years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation applications.
  • Ability to represent and market the agency in a variety of settings and with a wide array of target audiences.
  • Ability to develop and make presentations.
  • Advanced writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business or social sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience developing media resources.
  • One year of experience performing qualitative research in the social or behavioral science fields.

Driving Privileges

May be called upon to drive on agency business. Must have acceptable MVR and appropriate insurance coverage.

Required to drive agency vehicle. Must have clean MVR, appropriate insurance coverage, and must successfully complete agency driver training.

Training

Employee must successfully complete all required agency training indicated for this position.
