Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities and provide nursing care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Perform and document patient rounds, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Report changes in patient conditions to the Registered Nurse, promoting a collaborative and patient-centered approach to care.
- Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing and assist with patient transfers to other institutions or facilities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of patient care, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- CNA Certificate or CNA State License
- BLS certification
