Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant

HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with mealtime and snack preparation and serving.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
  • Ability to work every other weekend.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk between units.
