The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer support, managing merchandise responsibly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every patron.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Proficient in calculating figures, making change, and operating Point of Sale systems
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Capable of building effective working relationships

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Regularly communicates with customers and team members
  • Occasionally required to climb or descend ladders
  • Must be able to work in various environmental conditions
  • Occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 100 pounds

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

Tasks are performed under supervision, with some instances requiring independent judgment. Recommendations for improving work processes are encouraged.
