Overview

The Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering insightful analysis to enhance the operational efficiency of the organization. This position requires a high degree of independence and decision-making authority.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather and define business requirements, resources, and processes for system modifications.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, visual data representations, and analytical charts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to formulate organizational policies and conduct thorough analyses.
  • Create and implement test plans and scripts; produce user documentation and provide training to end users.
  • Coordinate and plan for system modifications.
  • Engage in root cause analysis and generate reports to optimize processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY ROLE
No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in all essential duties.

Required qualifications include:
  • A Bachelor’s degree (4-year college) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience as a scrum master is preferred but not mandatory.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in the following tools is essential:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • ShareGate
  • AvePoint governance tools

CERTIFICATIONS
No specific certifications are required.
