We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at The Collins Agency. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
