About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the Clinical Decision Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement effective care strategies to meet patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
