We're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring strong coordination and communication skills. You'll be responsible for developing transformative solutions that impact reverse supply chain operations, optimize processes, and amplify the effectiveness of spares, warehousing, decommissioning, and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of forward-thinking solutions addressing intricate supply chain and logistics challenges.
  • Develop innovative solution designs that leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies to address challenges of the reverse logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine capability roadmaps that outline the development and integration of new technologies, tools, and systems required to implement proposed solutions.
  • Drive the development of supply chain capabilities and provide thought leadership to identify and implement business/process changes.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
