Job Title: Paint Prep Technician

The Paint Prep Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of painted products. Responsibilities include assisting the Lead Painter in preparing products for paint, performing light bodywork, sanding, blocking, filing, and priming. The technician will also oversee paint and prep material inventory, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate effectively with the team to ensure high-quality standards.
