Employee Engagement Research Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Engagement Research Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding and enhancing the employee experience through research, analysis, organizational development, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and gather insights into employee experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement through focus groups and interviews.
- Design and implement surveys to collect mixed methods data on employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational culture.
- Analyze data from focus groups, interviews, and surveys to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Sociology, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in employee engagement research, organizational development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and survey design tools.
- Current and valid Texas driver's license required for offsite travel.
- Four or more years' experience of demonstrated research acumen.
- Research background in interpretive analysis.
- Familiarity with Qualtrics, Excel, other management systems and software.
