  • Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.

  • Thoroughly clean the location after each event to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility in a timely manner.
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards to gather feedback and improve our services.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times, ensuring they receive a friendly and courteous experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu and products to make informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
