The Helen Ross McNabb Center is seeking a skilled LPN to join our crisis intervention team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct care to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to clients in crisis, including assessment, treatment, and stabilization
- Collaborate with the crisis team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in Tennessee
- Experience working in a crisis setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
