Company Overview
Nordson Industrial Coating Systems (ICS) develops equipment that our international clientele depends on for the accurate application and curing of liquid paint, powder coatings, container barrier coatings, and ambient temperature adhesives and sealants. Our custom-engineered robotic solutions enhance the efficiency of production lines worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address requests received through phone or electronic means from both internal and external clients.
  • Generate and oversee standard quotations, sales orders, returns, warranty requests, credit/debit transactions, and other orders in SAP, ensuring timely completion in line with the Customer Service Manager's objectives.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding order status, inventory levels, delivery timelines, and pricing information.
  • Utilize appropriate processes to collaborate with other Nordson teams to resolve issues and gather necessary information for inquiries.
  • Learn and effectively use Nordson's case management technology to track and update the status of assigned tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing and refining daily operations.
  • Measure performance against established metrics to drive improvements.
  • Maintain a professional and supportive work environment where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
  • Preferred: Two or more years of experience in customer service.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP.
  • Preferred: Experience with case management systems.
