Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Interfuse Staffing. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through national sales efforts, client relationship management, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas by identifying and cultivating potential leads and opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospects and clients, staying well-informed about our products and services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to maximize revenue, while providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in commercial printing.
  • Strong detail orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter able to work with little direction.
  • Proficient in CRM and other productivity suites (Google/Microsoft).
  • Periodic travel as needed.
