**Job Summary:**
Ohio Means Jobs Cuyahoga County (OMJ|CC) seeks a seasoned Business Analyst III to lead business analysis efforts across various departments. As a senior-level business analyst, you will analyze business needs, design solutions, and manage projects to drive business success. With a strong background in business analysis, systems design, and project management, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis efforts across various departments.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs.
- Manage project lifecycles using PMI's framework.
- Develop business cases with stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage system support and resolve issues.
- Mentor junior analysts as needed.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems design, and project management.
* Strong understanding of business workflow and technical solutions.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with project management frameworks and methodologies.
* Certification or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
