Job Title: Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at our Chelsea, Massachusetts location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our CVICU. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current registration in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Current CCU experience required; 1 year of cardiology experience preferred.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
