Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our CVICU. The successful candidate will have current registration in Massachusetts and a strong background in cardiology, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a CVICU setting.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiology.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a CVICU setting, with a strong background in cardiology.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
