Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in the CVICU. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and other vital signs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Current CCU experience required.
  • 1yr of cardiology experience preferred.
  • Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract.
