Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Chelsea Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care to critically ill medical-surgical patients, utilizing your expertise in cardiac monitoring, invasive/non-invasive ventilation, and drips.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care considering age-specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process.
  • Consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serve as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
Requirements
  • Current Michigan Nursing License
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • BSN degree or agreement to obtain within five years
  • Canadian Nurses encouraged to apply
