Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our NavitsPartners team as a Mental Health Service Coordinator. As a key member of our mental health care unit, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and promote mental and emotional well-being.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between services, and providing education and support to enhance understanding and coping skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide education and support to enhance understanding and coping skills.

**Requirements:**

  • Current and valid nursing license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing (BSN/ASN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Previous experience in behavioral health nursing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
