Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate key office operations and provide administrative support services for our Mental Health Center. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.">
  • Prepare and maintain various reports, surveys, and other documents as required.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.">
  • Assist the Registration Coordinator with scheduling appointments and managing waitlists.">
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the Mental Health Center.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • An Associate's Degree in secretarial science, office management, or a related area with at least three years of experience providing administrative support services, preferably in a healthcare setting.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">

Salary and Benefits

The minimum salary for this position is $17.00 per hour, with a maximum salary of $17.50 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package to our employees.
