About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Mental Health Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Job Summary

The Residential Mental Health Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to residents, including case management, counseling, and advocacy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the mental health community.

Salary: $21-$21.30/hour (plus shift differential)

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized service plans with residents and their support networks.
  2. Provide teaching, monitoring, and recovery-oriented supports to residents.
  3. Conduct quarterly reviews of service plans with residents to assess progress and make revisions as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely resident files, including documentation of progress notes and psychiatric records.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
  2. Associates degree in a Human Services field plus two years of residential experience.
  3. High School diploma/GED plus four years of full-time residential experience.
Work Environment

This position requires a flexible schedule, working Tuesday-Saturday from 3-11pm.
