Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction site project-based team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, conducting daily administrative tasks, and assisting the project management team with coordination and organization of projects.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from colleagues, clients, and vendors in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist with preparation of reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a construction or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
