Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Experience: Check in with guests, ensure they're enjoying themselves, and provide personalized service.
  • Be the Solution: Handle guest concerns, provide resolve, and exceed expectations.
  • Understand Teamwork: Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
  • Be in the Know: Offer expert insight into promotions, benefits, and features of the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay.
Requirements:
  • A humble and hospitable demeanor.
  • Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
  • A desire to learn and grow.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
